How to track progress

Dashboard view

• Real-time metrics: completion progress.

Item statuses

You can track the progress of each item through these statuses:

• Finding expert: System is searching for an available expert.

• In progress: Expert is working on the task.

• Quality check: LLM QA Check is validating the expert’s work (it can takes from seconds to hours).

  • If LLM QA check passes → moves to “Ready for Review”.

• Ready for review: Item passed LLM QA Check and is waiting for your review.

• Rejected: You rejected the annotation result.

• Completed: Final status—item is accepted and annotation is complete.

Preliminary results

• You can review results as they become “Ready for Review”.

• Download partial results at any time.

• Give Quality Feedback on early results to improve quality.

• Track progress in real-time through the dashboard.
